Opportunity for the client to reflect on his individual style and approach

Results
I met with the client on 5 occasions over a period of 10 months

He enlarged his responsibilities and was promoted during the coaching period

The client increased his confidence and ability to think through and balance priorities, work to his own strengths and style, while considering options to achieve the most effective result
