Following a period of major restructuring elsewhere in the business, management were concerned that the department had become unsettled and that they might lose productivity and key employees

Individual meetings with all employees

Analysis and collation of data

Feedback given so as to gain acceptance and motivation to take action on what was working plus themes for improvement

Agreement with management on the way this was to be taken forward

Results
Client accepted and acted on the key findings and recommendations

Significant improvement in morale and retention of key employees

Invited to conduct a repeat survey the following year
